This page explains what Wren Hair Studio learns about you through this website, why we keep it and who sees it. The short version: we keep what you send us so we can book your appointment, and we never sell it.
What you send us
When you fill out the booking form, we receive what you type:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give it
- The service you’re booking and when you’re free
- What you’d like to change about your hair, in your words
That message goes to the studio inbox. Tess or your stylist reads it, and we use it to call or text you, confirm a time and get ready for your visit. If you become a client, we keep your color formulas and notes on your card so your next visit picks up where the last one left off.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell, rent or trade your information. Not to marketers, not to anyone.
- We don’t add you to a mailing list.
- We don’t run advertising trackers on this site.
What the website records on its own
Like most websites, ours keeps basic server logs: the date, the page visited and the address of the device that asked for it. Our web host keeps these for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use them to identify you.
This site doesn’t set tracking cookies. If you log in to manage the site, WordPress sets a cookie to keep you signed in. Visitors never get one.
Who else sees it
Our web host stores the site and its form messages. Our email provider delivers them to us. Neither is allowed to use your information for anything else.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on file about you, ask us to fix it or ask us to delete it. Email hello@wrenhairstudio.com or call (555) 018-4471. If we need to keep a record by law, such as a paid receipt, we’ll tell you which one and why.
